At Fortitude Physio, we offer personalised, high-quality physiotherapy led by APA Titled Sports & Exercise and APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Tim Wolff. Our session structure gives you full control over how much time you book, while ensuring clinical depth, clarity, and flexibility.

We offer two types of consultation — Initial or Follow-Up Physiotherapy Consultation — and you simply choose the length that suits your goals, time and needs.Whether you’re after deep assessment or a quick tune-up, all sessions are high-value, evidence-based.
This allows for maximum clarity and gives you autonomy over your care.

.1️⃣ Initial Consultation – 60 min
$330

Recommended if your issue is complex, long-standing, involves multiple regions, or you're seeking in-depth assessment and planning. Includes a full diagnostic consult, movement analysis, treatment, and tailored rehab. You're welcome to choose this or any shorter session based on your needs — we’ll always work within the time you book.

2️⃣ Initial Consultation – 30 min
$175

A good starting point for new clients with a recent or straightforward issue. Includes focused assessment, treatment, and clear next steps. Feel free to choose this or the longer 60-minute option — your choice depends on how much time you feel you need.

3️⃣ Initial Consultation – 20 min
$120

Focused assessment and treatment for straightforward concerns. For clients with a specific, clearly defined issue that requires expert assessment and prompt treatment. Ideal for acute, single-region injuries (e.g. ankle sprain, neck strain), return clients with a new, simple injury, referrals with imaging or a known diagnosis (e.g. taping request, targeted rehab), time-constrained clients needing a brief but effective assessment. If you have more than one issue, a complex history, or are unsure about the cause of your pain, please book a 30- or 60-minute Initial Consultation to ensure we can support you properly.

4️⃣ Follow-Up Consultation – 60 min
$330

Ideal if you’re managing a persistent issue, multiple areas, or need deeper rehab support. Also great for combining treatment with planning, education, or hands-on work. Choose this if you want more time and space to progress meaningfully..

5️⃣ Follow-Up Consultation – 40 min
$230

Recommended for multi-region follow-ups, complex rehab progression, or when you’d like a bit more time to go deeper. Also useful if you're integrating physical and mental health strategies. Choose freely based on what you feel you need.

6️⃣ Follow-Up Consultation – 30 min
$175

Standard follow-up session for ongoing treatment of a single region. We’ll review progress, deliver targeted treatment, and adjust your rehab plan. Suitable for most returning clients.

7️⃣ Follow-Up Consultation – 20 min
$120

Quick review or exercise update. Ideal for progressing clients, maintenance sessions, or if you just need a quick check-in. Also used for TPI (Transport & Personal Injury) clients where sessions are capped at 20 minutes. If you’re not sure whether this is enough time, just ask — we’re happy to guide you.

8️⃣ Follow-Up Consultation – 10 min
$75

Targeted session for taping, quick reviews, or focused treatment. Express appointment for clients who need a fast, expert intervention without a full consult. Ideal for taping or re-taping, reviewing a specific exercise or technique, brief hands-on treatment (e.g., dry needling, manual therapy), progress checks or performance retesting, short education or load guidance, perfect for those midway through a program, recovering from an injury, or needing support to stay on track without the need for a full assessment. This session is only available for existing clients and previously assessed conditions.

It’s a focused conversation to give you clarity, answer your questions, and guide your next step. It’s an opportunity to speak directly with a physiotherapist to better understand your situation and options. For clinical treatment or assessment, a full consult is recommended.
